Spent several weeks looking at homes with Jesse trying to find the right home for a fair price. While it’s very rare to get a decent price as a buyer in these times, we found the one we believed to be the right one with Jesse’s assistance. Made an above ask offer in order to secure the property and fell short to a couple other buyers. While we were disheartened from the lake buying process we were optimistic and kept looking until we found a new build development that suited our needs.
