Shane was born and raised in Alaska but spent summers at the family farm near Lake of the Ozarks. In 1996, he made the Ozarks his permanent home, raising his children in the Branson Tri-lakes area. As the son of a contractor, he grew up around construction. In 1988, he took his place on the same career path as those who preceded him, making him the 4th generation to work in the construction field.
Shane’s love of building and making people’s dreams come to life made for a natural transition into real estate. Through his 30-plus years’ experience in construction he has developed many relationships with builders, developers, suppliers, inspectors, and all of those “red tape” officials. This experience should reassure both buyers and sellers alike that they will have the right person navigating the buying, selling, or building process.
Shane is a natural people person, and his family often jokes they cannot go anywhere that he does not know someone – with whom he must stop and visit. Shane enjoys spending family time on Table Rock lake where they have a Mastercraft boat. He loves spending lake afternoons behind the boat surfing and showing up the younger generation. He will tell you though, that wakeboarding and skim boarding are a young man’s game after spending some time this past year healing from a few hard crashes. Shane also has developed a great appreciation for the game of golf and enjoys spending time on the links when not working or playing at the lake.
